- Due to the nature of our products and the subjectivity of taste we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or give refunds for any e-liquid, unless the wrong item was shipped.
- Exchanges or returns will be given for electronic devices, clearomizers, chargers and batteries that are found to be DOA (defective on arrival), damaged during shipping or when the wrong item was shipped. Returns will be accepted for products that have not been opened. If you have received a defective, damaged, wrong item or would like to return an unopened item. Please contact us at CustomerService@vaperistas.com within 30 days of receiving the item (determined by tracking information) to begin this process of shipping an item back to us for an exchange or return. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping to get the defective item back to us. Unfortunately, we will not accept items for exchange or return after the 30 day period has passed.
